According to Us Magazine, several sources are confirming Heidi and Spencer’s split is only for publicity. One insider claims, “Heidi and Spencer are laughing over it and having a blast.” “This breakup is the latest part of Spencer’s master plan,” another insider says. After a fan tweeted Heidi’s sister, Holly Montag, saying “I really hope Heidi is getting away from Spencer,” Holly tweeted, ”She’s not, if anyone has come to expect anything from those two is that THEY are the LIARS.”

Dina Lohan Inserts Foot in Mouth
In a shocking admission, Dina Lohan told RadarOnline that her daughter Lindsay was told not to come home from Cannes – even though she had a new passport — until her bench warrant was rescinded.
“We did what we had to do to protect her,” Dina said. It’s a statement that may not be looked at favorably by the judge and prosecutor handling Lindsay’s probation violation case. In a wide-ranging interview that was aired live on RadarOnline.com, Dina also claimed that Lindsay is getting tougher justice because she is a celebrity and that the judge “wasn’t quite fair,” according to Lindsay’s attorney.
Before admitting that Lindsay was told not to come home, even though she had a new passport, Dina insisted that her daughter’s passport had indeed been stolen. Dina told RadarOnline.com: “Unfortunately Lindsay just called me a little bit ago very upset. It’s not her fault her passport was stolen. It was stolen. We have proof that that was to happen. She knows she was compliant with the classes.”But when pinned down by RadarOnline.com reporter Katie Rhames, Dina admitted that Lindsay did not come home after getting a new passport – and instead was told to stay out of the country while there was a warrant out for her arrest.

Lindsay Lohan Posts Bail .. TMZ Posts Pics of L.Lo Partying with Coke
Lindsay Lohan posted the $10,000 (10% portion) bail deposit this morning, so she will not go to jail immediately. Ms. Blowhan will face the judge on Monday. Although the pictures cannot be used in court, TMZ posted pics of L.Lo with a “mysterious” white substance in lines in front of her at Cannes. Nice one.

Lindsay Lohan could seriously be on America’s Dumbest Criminals. Turns out that Judge Marsha Revel’s husbands owns a travel company and immediately guffawed her stolen passport line. Via TMZ:
“Judge Marsha’s husband, Jack Revel, owned Revel Travel, based in Bev Hills. Revel sold the company (though he’s still affiliated with it) and is now President of TravCom, which works with travel agencies. So when the judge told Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, that LiLo could have gotten a temporary passport in time to make a flight to the U.S., it’s because she knows what she’s talking about.”
FYI – This picture is from LAST NIGHT. Looks like Lindsay wasn’t looking too hard for her passport.

Looks Like Lindsay is Headed to the Slammer
Lindsay Lohan has been drinking her way through Cannes to publicize a fake movie, rather than complying with probation terms. TMZ reports that is is very likely a warrant will be issued for her arrest. Hopefully this happens and is a wakeup call that she needs serious help.
“TMZ has learned the prosecutor in the Lindsay Lohan DUI probation case thinks she’s violated her probation and should be sent to jail. Sources tell TMZ the prosecutor believes the judge made it clear during the last hearing — either Lindsay proves she’s in full compliance with the terms of probation or she goes to the pokey.
As TMZ first reported, Lindsay has not attended all of her alcohol ed classes — she has been to 10 classes and needs 13 for full compliance. In addition, Lindsay has not attended all of the classes in 7 day intervals, as the judge required. An official from the alcohol ed program has sent a report to the judge saying Lindsay is in compliance with the terms of the program. The report does not address the fact that she has not attended all of the required classes.
‘We have not spotted Lindsay on U.S. soil in the last few days. If she doesn’t make it to court … the judge will issue a warrant for her arrest … period.’”

Lindsay Risks Jail for Nonexistent Movie
The Linda Lovelace based film, Inferno, which Lindsay Lohan is in Cannes (and risking jail) to promote, may not even be happening. Raymond Pistol owns Arrow Productions, which owns the rights to Linda Lovelace’s name, along with Deep Throat. According to a recent interview with Raymond,
“‘There is no way you can make a film about Linda Boreman and sex and not go through me.” Pistol notes that the creators of Inferno have not made any deal with him yet for the rights to the name Linda Lovelace or to the title Deep Throat. In fact, all of the press about Lohan and the film alerted Pistol to Inferno, and his representatives have since reached out to the proposed films’ producers. Pistol says that negotiations are ongoing.”
This reminds me of the Janet Jopler movie in 30 Rock.
Lindsay Lohan in ‘Complete Financial Ruin’
“Lindsay Lohan is on the brink of financial disaster and the situation is so dire that she may be left homeless! The 23-year-old actress turned party girl is $23,000 behind in rent on her Hollywood apartment, an insider tells Star in this week’s issue. ‘She’ll be evicted if she can’t pony up the cash.’
Lindsay’s advisers recently ripped into her over her irresponsible spending. ‘She was told that she’s racked up more than $1 million in bills that creditors are demanding be settled immediately,’ the insider tells Star. Adding to her money woes, Lindsay is being sued by three men for a minimum of $25,000 in damages for allegedly hijacking their SUV while drunk in 2007. Plus, says an insider, ‘Her managers have also warned her that several people are threatening to file lawsuits against her.”‘
So Lindsay has resorted to selling off designer clothes, purses and jewelry that she received as freebies and the once promising actress has signed on to play drugged-out 1970s porn starlet Linda Lovelace. Claims the insider, ‘She’s in complete financial ruin.’

Lindsay Lohan Fired from Latest Film
“Lindsay Lohan was axed from a movie because she’s not ‘bankable’ — this according a source connected with the production of the flick. Lindsay was slated to star in The Other Side, a movie about a grad student working on a deserted island. David Michaels, the writer/director, tells TMZ, ‘Our team simply chose to move on from Lindsay and we’ll soon be announcing a replacement.’ But sources connected with the film tell us the people financing the film were skittish about relying on Lindsay. The movie also stars Woody Harrelson, Giovanni Ribisi, Dave Matthews and Alanis Morissette. And there’s this twist … at one point Brittany Murphy was attached to the movie. Lindsay’s rep had no comment.
