Bench Warrant Issued for Lindsay Lohan

“A judge just issued a bench warrant for Lindsay Lohan’s arrest, after she failed to show up in court this morning … and the judge says she has reason to believe Lindsay has a drug and alcohol problem. Judge Marsha Revel was tough as nails this morning, scoffing at the notion that Lindsay’s ‘someone-stole-my-passport’ excuse was a justification for missing court.
Judge Revel set bail at $100,000 and said Lindsay can post bail and remain free until the next court hearing, IF she does the following: drink no alcohol, wear a SCRAM bracelet, submit to random drug testing at least once a week.”
TMZ also reported that Lindsay will be detained as soon as she gets to U.S. Customs.

Maybe You Shouldn’t Have Gone to Cannes, L.Lo
According to TMZ and several other sources, Lindsay Lohan is claiming to have lost her passport and is therefore unable to make it back to court for her hearing. I really hope she gets sent to jail and learns her lesson.
“Lindsay Lohan will not make it to court tomorrow … TMZ has learned. Sources tell TMZ … Lindsay claims someone stole her passport in Cannes. Lindsay claims she actually went to the airport yesterday trying to get on a flight without a passport but was denied boarding. We’re told she had a reservation on the flight so she could make it back to L.A. for tomorrow’s mandatory court hearing.
Sources tell TMZ Lindsay has made an appointment with the U.S. Embassy tomorrow at 9 AM to get another passport so she can fly home. As for the court hearing, Judge Marsha Revel has said she will issue a warrant for Lindsay’s arrest if she doesn’t show up at 8:30 AM. But Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, tells TMZ, ‘I was on the phone with Lindsay’s assistant the entire night and we’re doing everything we can to resolve this issue and get her back to L.A.’
Holley says, ‘Lindsay is distraught because it was her intention to get back to L.A. today to do more alcohol education classes and appear in court tomorrow.’

Real Life ‘Mean Girls’ Drama
Looks like Lindsay Lohan can add boyfriend stealer to her résumé of wonderful accomplishments. According to E! News, sources spotted L.Lo with Amanda Seyfried’s (Lohan’s co-star in Mean Girls) man, Dominic Cooper.
“’They were having fun, partying, Lindsay was dancing.’
Cooper is in town to hype his new film, Tamara Drewe; Seyfried, meanwhile, is back in the States promoting her new chick flick, Letters to Juliet. At one point, Cooper was dancing on a couch while Lohan stood on the floor beneath him. ‘They were being coy with each other,’ the clubgoer says. ‘Not really touch, but flirty. After Grace’s performance they sat down at the table next to each other and were hanging out.’”
Maybe Amanda (aka Minge) shouldn’t have blabbed this quote to Teen Vogue, “A lot of people ask me if Dominic is the one. I don’t know, and I’m fine with that.”

Looks Like Lindsay is Headed to the Slammer
Lindsay Lohan has been drinking her way through Cannes to publicize a fake movie, rather than complying with probation terms. TMZ reports that is is very likely a warrant will be issued for her arrest. Hopefully this happens and is a wakeup call that she needs serious help.
“TMZ has learned the prosecutor in the Lindsay Lohan DUI probation case thinks she’s violated her probation and should be sent to jail. Sources tell TMZ the prosecutor believes the judge made it clear during the last hearing — either Lindsay proves she’s in full compliance with the terms of probation or she goes to the pokey.
As TMZ first reported, Lindsay has not attended all of her alcohol ed classes — she has been to 10 classes and needs 13 for full compliance. In addition, Lindsay has not attended all of the classes in 7 day intervals, as the judge required. An official from the alcohol ed program has sent a report to the judge saying Lindsay is in compliance with the terms of the program. The report does not address the fact that she has not attended all of the required classes.
‘We have not spotted Lindsay on U.S. soil in the last few days. If she doesn’t make it to court … the judge will issue a warrant for her arrest … period.’”

Lindsay Risks Jail for Nonexistent Movie
The Linda Lovelace based film, Inferno, which Lindsay Lohan is in Cannes (and risking jail) to promote, may not even be happening. Raymond Pistol owns Arrow Productions, which owns the rights to Linda Lovelace’s name, along with Deep Throat. According to a recent interview with Raymond,
“‘There is no way you can make a film about Linda Boreman and sex and not go through me.” Pistol notes that the creators of Inferno have not made any deal with him yet for the rights to the name Linda Lovelace or to the title Deep Throat. In fact, all of the press about Lohan and the film alerted Pistol to Inferno, and his representatives have since reached out to the proposed films’ producers. Pistol says that negotiations are ongoing.”
This reminds me of the Janet Jopler movie in 30 Rock.
Lindsay Risks Jail to go to Cannes
Lindsay Lohan is busy getting sloppy drunk promoting her movie in Cannes. Oh, and she might go to jail by missing her court ordered alcohol education classes.
“Lohan, who is clearly living in the world of denial, says she needs a few more weeks to fully complete her traffic school obligations.
The judge has made it clear — Thursday is D-day, and if she is in violation of probation LiLo is going to jail. And, if Lindsay is shy of 13 on Thursday, the judge will almost certainly issue a warrant for her arrest if she doesn’t show up for court.”

So Lindsay has resorted to selling off designer clothes, purses and jewelry that she received as freebies and the once promising actress has signed on to play drugged-out 1970s porn starlet Linda Lovelace. Claims the insider, ‘She’s in complete financial ruin.’
