This is seriously effed up and terrible. Ardi Rizal is two years old and smokes 40 cigarettes a day!! Indonesian officials offered to buy a car for the family if they get him to stop smoking (his dad gave him his first cigarette at 18 months old), but the dad refuses because the boy throws tantrums if he doesn’t smoke. His father says, “‘He looks pretty healthy to me. I don’t see the problem.”
